But, the program you choose also matters.
I got my Visa for a College that offers Masters

I don't think I would have got the Visa if I had chosen PG Diploma course.
FYI - Univ didn't gave me an admission due to low academic grades!
However, my IELTS of 7 bands & Work exp of an year were the plus factors for me.

I have a study permit for an advanced diploma program. I had to sit an english test at the college, no IELTS needed. Had to show references. College accepted me. I provided a resume with workexperience in the same field as the program. Study permit issued.
