Didn't receive invitation to apply with 480 points..

Hi, the cut-off for express entry was 447 for today's invitation in Canadian express entry.. however with my 480 points, i did not receive an invitation to apply. Do you know why?

It was just today not long ago.

To receive and invitation you must qualify for CEC, if you do, you will get the invitation later today or even tomorrow.
