Hello!

I am a november applicant but I just received my AOR on January 19th!! It was quite late, right?

Also I remember, I made the mistake of not sending NOTARIZED translations of my birth certificates and police certicates, I just sent an translation but not notarized nor certified ... should I contact them and send notarized translations right now or just wait until they contact me?

Could there be any problem just because of those documents translations? Everything else like work experience and everything is in english.

Thanks!

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

it won't hurt if you call to avoid any futur problems/ delays.. if the call centre can't help, send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and don't forget to mention your full name, date of birt, UCI, App number, application category ( CEC)

I hope this helps and hope the professional members would give better ideas soon
