Didn’t get GIC back.

Hi!!
I transfer my GIC on 14 may but on 17 May I got mail that they didn’t accept for so and so reason...but I didn’t get funds back in my account..Now I am worried because getting late to retransfer the GIC again.....Please help??? What can i do now???
