Did you receive an email after sending in your application?

I sent my application for my work permit off a week ago and I was wondering if I'd receive an email once they started processing it or anything to let me know if they approved it or rejected it. Or do I have to just wait it out and let them mail me my results?

No. You get either the work permit in the mail or a refusal. Thats it.

you can check in CIC website after 3 months you sent it, that's how much time i had

hi just want to ask how can I check my application for work permit extension? its been 3 months since I applied at cpc vegreville but haven't receive anything from them..... thanks

I didn't apply within Canada and Buffalo (the Consulate's office I applied to) has a wait time of 1 month it says. If that takes too long though I might just go apply at a POE since I'm going back to Canada next month either way.

hi sweetie I applied thru mail/paper extension of work permit together for another temporary residence permit I'm so confused if I'm still need to apply for TRV since I already thick the boX E in the application form and submit passport size picture and payment for TRV and extension tnx

WP application (extension/renewal) is done through Vegreville, TRV application is to be sent outside Canada (Buffalo or Seattle).

TRP is for people who are inadmissible to Canada. You don't need it. I don't know if irefund nila sa iyo iyong fee na binayad mo. Hopefully in status ka nang ipinadala mo yung application mo.

A Temporary Resident Permit or TRP is a Canadian immigration Permit issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. It allows you to enter to Canada as a visitor, worker or student even if you are considered inadmissible to Canada due to a criminal record or certain medical conditions.

tnx jobseeker so meaning to say yung application for another Temporary residence permit eh useless din kasi di ba sa application form for WP extension may iba pang service like another temporary residence permit yung box E tnx
