Did upfront medical and still got medical request

Apolication received April 2020.
I did upfront medical 11th Nov 2021. I contacted the clinic and was told the result has been sent to IRCC on the 11th of Nov.
I asked my agent yesterday if it has been passed, she responded, it has been completed.
Today I got medical request. Pls what's the way forward.

You only had the medical 5 days ago. There may have been a cross between receiving/submitting and sending out medical. You have an agent so ask him or her.
