did not received the Case # for Citizenship application

Hi

self and family has applied for citizenship together on 22nd Feb , 2019 and both my husband and my son has received the case # for the application on 13th April, 2019 and i haven't received any communication regarding my Application status tilldate .

Could someone help me understand what could be the reason ?

check your ECAS status, I am sure it must be updated

I have checked the status as suggested and found the update that my application has been received.

How can i get my case file # if required.

Please Call 1-888-242-2100,
option 4 (for citizenship) and then option 0 (to speak with an agent).
