Did not receive acknowledgement for Application For PR Renewal

I sent application from Singapore for PR renewal on 10th November 2014 by registered post with acknowledgement due, to Case Processing Centre, 49 Dorchester Street Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2.

I did not receive any acknowledgement until today, 1st Jan 2015.

Tracking in the postal site of Singapore does not show 'delivery' either.

Is this normal? How do I find out if they have received it or not?

Is there any email address or phone number to find out if they have received my post?
