Hi,

I made the negligent mistake of applying for a study permit without doing nearly enough research on the requirements. As I now understand, there exist covert, unspecified requirements that are as vital to your chances of success as the ones that are explicitly demanded. The most important of those is the study plan (or letter of explanation), which is meant to convince the immigration officer that you will not overstay the study permit. So, as it happens, I included neither of those... I also understand that I will be prompted to include any additional documents that I might have forgotten. Does that mean that I will be fine, or is my application bound to be rejected?

Thanks.
