My wife and I want to extend our work permit. I pay for it online and I select two number applications and pay 300$(2*150$). When I received the Official Receipt, I find that I need to fill personal information and We only one official receipt for my wife and I. Did I get wrong?

You can call to CIC and ask them. May be you can put both guys information there!! not sure though..
