im not sure if the immigration consultant is trying to scam me or not so I want to make sure. I got a screen shot that says,
Government of Canada
“your document checklist
Supporting documents
Optional documents
Fees”

What’s your opinion?

Did you get an invitation to apply for a working holiday permit with a limited validity date by which time you need to apply ? Your post otherwise makes no sense.

You are selected for working holiday invitation!
Now we have 20 days to finish your application.

Please make payment for visa application fee and our support service. It is $350 total. If you want to pay by credit card, I will send you credit card authorization for m.

Also, please answer these questions below:

  • Have you used any other last names in the past?
  • Date of marriage or start of common-law relationship
  • Name of your current spouse/common-law partner
  • Have you been previously married or in a common-law relationship?
  • In the past five years have you lived in any other country or territory, other than the one you are a citizen of or where you currently live (shown above), for more than six months? (You have lived in the US for more than 6 month, right?)
  • Have you ever applied for or obtained a visa, an eTA or a permit to visit, live, work or study in Canada?
  • Your residential address in Japan
  • Have you ever participated in International Experience Canada before?
Please fill in the Family Information Form and Education and Employment History Form I attached.

At this moment, you are not asked to submit the US police record, but you will probably be asked. I recommend you get the US police record now.
