Did anyone received Canada PR through Atlantic immigration Pilot program?

Hi,

I have my profile in Express Entry pool and I have met all the eligibility criteria for Atlantic immigration Pilot program(except job offer). Is there anyone received job offer through this program,if so please suggest the ways to connect with Atlantic Canada employers?
