Did anyone Notice the Changes Made on CIC on October 11?

Okay I am confused, although my app was snt to Vegreville as inland applicant, I noticed after going to CIC website that as of October 11 2010 now all inland apps are being processed in MISS and taking 38 days? What does that mean for our applications?

I think you're confusing the processing of the sponsorship portion of overseas spouse / common-law partner applications at CPC-M with the processing of spouse/common-law partner in canada applications at CPC-V. They're both on the same page:
