Somebody here under NOC 2171 got approval from CIC?!?

I was just informed now since in their website theres a link for NOC code... & in the form theres a column for NOC... I chose codes fr 0213.... grrrr... but my husband job & duties is in 0213 he hold US L1A visa for 4yrs now. what will I do??? i just submitted our application yesterday... can I call the post ofc to hold it so that I will not wait for a rejection letter bec its a waste of time... how long will they send the rejection letter? :'(

It is better to hold it.

In case you can not hold it and it gets rejected ( which I think will happen because of joc code), Rejection letter will take about 70 days.

Also if you change Main Duties along with NOC code in second time, it may be tough to explain CIO how that happened with in three months. But if main duties remain same and only job code changes then you may not have explain the reason for reapplication

I just came from post office unfortunately they cant help me to retrieve it since theres no tracking no. bec my smart husband sent it as a regular mail (flat rate mail). We decided to have a new set of application & it send immediately... oh well... I dunno if its the right thing than to wait for 70 days to receive the rejection letter.
I was confused with the website to make it more clear they just removed the old NOC or better to put headline that this is the latest 38 NOC... very tricky. Anyways, i dunno what to do now... do you have any suggestion?!?
