Spousal sponsorship process completion time varies depending on the Visa Office and on a case basis.......will advice you assume process completion takes 12 months to help reduce the waiting stress.......relax.....its a wait game.

His status just changed to DM today! Hopefully it's a good decision

Fingers cross! I submitted my application on March 20, 2018, embassy received it by March 28, 2018. They started processing his application May 23, 2018. They asked for medical examination on May 9th (weird how the dates on the application status were different). Last update is they received his medical results sometime last week Sept . We also received an email from Embassy regarding free pre-arrival services so I signed him up online for Oct 3 and Oct 23 just so he can have info about Canada prior to coming here. Now his status changed into "decision made". Just waiting for another email asking for his passport.

Do you know if there are groups here sharing their timeline and putting it in a spreadsheet?

Usually PPR will arrive in one or two business days after DM.
