Hi,

Development of Relationship #9 : - Basically after my first meeting , He (sponsor) gone to canada , Shall I mention trips and places went after marriage ? What are other things can be included for this question ?

Everything, from how you guys first knew each other, to after the wedding and he returns to Canada. Don't be so general with your explanations, be detailed if you're from a non visa exempt country. Don't just write something like, "We met online in Jan 2012, we fell in love quickly, he came to visit me in July 2012, we got married with his family there, and had a honeymoon a week later."

Here I'll give you a sample from my answer to Question 9 (my answer to Question 9 is around 3.5 pages long)

We began chatting about everyday things, talked about ourselves, where we grew up, where we attended school, what our jobs were, etc. During our chats, I began to like her more and more each day because she tells me she does not drink alcohol, doesn't smoke, does not go out to party or bars very often, likes to stay at home, likes to travel, listens to classical music from the old days instead of modern pop music, believes in waiting until marriage before sex, etc. These are all qualities that describe me as well, so I felt she seemed compatible to me. At some point, we start to chat using webcam on Skype, and as soon as I saw her face in real time, I was very attracted to her at that time because she was wearing thick glasses, and looked like a geek, which I like. The more I webcam chat with her, and talk with her on Yahoo!, the more I felt I wanted to have a relationship with her. I felt happy to talk to her while I was attending school and working, on my phone using Yahoo!. As the days went by, our feelings began to grow, and suddenly, our friendship was becoming close to being more. On June 10, I asked her on webcam, if she would be my girlfriend, in broken Vietnamese, and she accepted, but not before laughing so much at my poor pronunciation.

Thanks so much, mine was arranged marriage; But I understand need to provide more details. I have few questions in IMM5490E , sponsored Questionnaire form . Can you please clarify . Thanks in advance

1.Q - 13 -When and Where the proposal take place ? Is this related when our parents started talking about our marriage ?

2.Q-17 , Who arranged marriage , When was marriage arranged ? Is this Actual Marriage Date or when the marriage date was fixed ? Who arranged - Should i say parents name ?

I'm not very knowledgeable with arranged marriages, so I don't know if there's normally an engagement or proposal. If there is no engagement or proposal, you should write "No one proposed as this is an arranged marriage"

As for when was marriage arranged, as I said before, I don't know much about arranged marriages so I don't know what would be the right thing to write.
