I am informed that there is a way to check the detailed comments on a refused case......

But in order to access that, it has to be done for a certain amount of fee or a resident can do it for free for the applicant.....

I wonder what is it called and where can i get info on it?

I think it is called CAIPES/GCMS files.

GCMS notes are essentially all of the notes that CIC will have on your file.

If you google you will find some companies that offer services where you can order the notes from them at costs around $40 but If you're currently residing in Canada you can order them yourself or you can have a friends/family member currently in Canada order them for you.

The below link can be used if you are residing in Canada or someone else who is already in Canada can use this service it costs just $5.
