Hello Everyone,
I got my employment reference letter & salary voucher from my previous company(outside Canada). But who signed my reference letter, his designation is 'Head of Operation' whereas in salary voucher his designation is 'Director'. In that case, will it be an issue?
Please give a suggestion...

As long as it's on company letter and contains all the necessary information that CIC requested, you would be fine. In case you want to be on the safer side, upload an LOE explaining that he is holding both the positions in the company.

p.s: I am not sure why you would need a salary voucher if you already have a reference letter.
