i got a news form CSIC member.
dey told me if u wanna 2 know d exact reason of refusal den u shud hav 2 apply for Descreption of refusal letter coz it contains d brief reason of refusal like study mismatch.
Charge of applying for Descreption letter is $500 & it takes 45 days to reply ur query.
anyone know about dis coz i had seen d Descreption letter of one who got refusal......
