I was deported from us as I was working on student visa.I have applied for Pcc from Fbi and I got,
“A SEARCH OF THE FINGERPRINTS PROVIDED BY
THIS INDIVIDUAL HAS REVEALED PRIOR
ARREST DATA AT THE FBI. THIS DOES NOT
PRECLUDE FURTHER CRIMINAL HISTORY AT THE STATE OR LOCAL LEVEL.”
Does this impact if I applied under express entry in canada?

Out of curiosity, that’s what the PCC says? Does it delve in to details about the arrests? Just wondering if it’s really just one word off from one without arrest history. Thanks!

Hi everyone!

Me and my wife have already got an ITA and are going through background check. I received this email, asking me to provide an explanation. Could someone clarify for me what kind of information would be sufficient as a response to these requests?
With regards to the first point, I am not really sure what it is talking about, as I have not had my passport lost or stolen. As for the second point, I has an H1B visa but was deported from the USA based on inadmissibility.
Thank you.
