Hi i was deported from usa in 2010 because i had married an American citizen but could not get the case approved. My case was denied.
Now i want to visit canada for a holiday and maybe migrate to Canada what shd i do? Should i mention my deportation. My daughter is American citizen and right now shes in India and 16 yrs old.
When can i go to USA?

Chances of a TRV for Canada are extremely limited based on your history ( which you have to mention or face misrepresentation.....they already have access to your US immigration history). Chances of getting into the us after deportation are effectively zero.

As said above, your chances of being able to get a visitors visa to Canada are likely low given the deportation from the US. However you can certainly try. Make sure you declare the US deportation or you'll end up being banned from Canada for 5 years.

As for returning to the US, you should ask for advice on a US immigration forum. You are most likely inadmissible right now and will need some sort of waiver to return.

What are the chances of getting a tourist visa? And if later i want a PR for Canada do i need to apply for a waiver too
