my question is my friend was deported from Usa 11 years ago. Now he planing to go Canada as visitor.. Do he will face any immigration problems. Because he did crime in Usa 11 years ago

It’s was drug case ..he served 14 months sentence after he deported

When he applies for a visitor visa, he needs to be 100% honest about the criminal charges and also about his deportation from the US. The US and Canada share information extensively. If he leaves this information out of his application - CIC will find out, refuse his application and then ban him from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation. If he needs to apply for rehabilitation, CIC will let him know.

So first he will apply tourist or work visa to embassy after they will let him to know that he have fill criminal rehabilitation forms right... how much this time take ???

It's hard to say. If a rehabilitation application is required, it could take many many months.
