I was deported from canada 11 years ago for crimes.I have not committed any further crimes. What do i have to do besides getting a Pardon?

You'll need an ARC (Authorization to Return to Canada) since you were deported from Canada and you'll have to also pay back the costs of the flight to deport you. The ARC is a few hundred dollars and the cost of the flight will probably be another $1K or so more.

Depending on the nature of your crime, you may also have to apply for rehabilitation.

Hey there i lived in canada for 16 years. I was deported 11 years ago cause of crimes. I have been in my birth country ever since. I have not comittied any further crimes. What must i do to return and do i get my Pr back?

Again, you'll need a ARC and you'll need to pay back the costs of your flight. And again, depending on the nature of your crime, you may need a rehabilitation application as well.

As for getting your PR back, your PR status is long gone. You'll have to apply for PR again from scratch (if you qualify under the current rules).

My parents are canadian citizens. I am appling for a pardon at the moment, will that be enough? I have two or more summery charges. All less then ten years sentences.

You need an ARC and you need to repay the costs of your flight regardless. No - the pardon is not enough. If you were deported, you must go through the ARC process.

You are too old to be sponsored by your parent for permanent residency. Again, your PR status is long gone. If you want your PR status back, you will have to apply on your own from scratch if you meet the requirements to apply. You can find information about Canada's immigration programs here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

So meaning i can only visit canada?

You can't even visit Canada without going through the ARC process first.

Once you've been through the ARC process, then yes - you may be able to visit Canada. But you certainly won't be able to live here.

What you can do
Depending on the crime, how long ago it was and how you have behaved since, you may still be allowed to come to Canada, if you:

convince an immigration officer that you meet the legal terms to be deemed rehabilitated, or
applied for rehabilitation and were approved, or
were granted a record suspension or
have a temporary resident permit.
Deemed rehabilitation
Deemed rehabilitation, under Canada’s immigration law, means that enough time has passed since you were convicted that your crime may no longer bar you from entering Canada.
You may be deemed rehabilitated depending on:

the crime,
if enough time has passed since you finished serving the sentence for the crime and
if you have committed more than one crime.
In all cases, you may only be deemed rehabilitated if the crime committed outside Canada has a maximum prison term
Does that apply to my case?

1. No.
2. You really are having a hard time grasping that you were Deported and to return to Canada as a visitor or any status, you must apply for and receive an Authorization to Return to Canada.
3. Rehabilitation doesn't matter at this point. You can't enter without the ARC.

I have drawn a nice box for you, please do not think outside the box because the boundary is protected by ARC. You have to understand you have been deported, immigration and Canadian tax payers don't want you to come here. Mainly because there will be one less criminal in the street with the potential to commit crime again, we already paid for your flight back home, tax payers are hard working individuals who make an effort to abide by the law and try and give a good livehood to their family. We need our money back please. You need to first apply for ARC, repay the money that funded your flight back home and allow immigration to do their job and rightfully to determine if you are admissible into Canada. In case you havent understood from all the comments above
