Hi there I need a little help please and thanks in advance for your shared knowledge in this post.
I did misrepresentation in my permanent residency application. And I came to know that I can get deported from Canada.

So my question is " if I get deported from Canada what will happen to the money I owe to my bank in Canada . I owe about 8000 dollars on my visa and MasterCard."
Please help.
Thank you

You still owe the money. Being deported doesn't clear your debts. Whether they will be able to enforce collection is another matter entirely, if you are not in Canada.

Thank you for the information.
I will still owe the money, thats for sure and i am fully aware of that. It can ruin my credit in canada.
But if you can share little knowledge with me that how does all that work? I mean when i am not in canada. And i am not rich in my country..
I will apply to enter canada after 5 years.. so would my bad credit stop me to enter canada?
Is it crminal offence to fail make payments to bank in canada?
I still have 3 months in canada. And i can lay off 5000 out of 8000. But i will still be short on 3000.

Your bad credit won't stop you from entering Canada in 5 years. However if left unpaid, it will create issues getting credit cards, obtaining mortgages or loans, renting apartments, leasing cars, etc. It may also create issues being hired for certain jobs.

If you end up being truly deported (versus given a removal order and told to leave Canada), it's not likely that you'll be back in Canada in 5 years.

An enforced Deportation Order means a lifetime ban from Canada, unless you are able to get authorization to return.

If the OP is gone for 5-6 years that debt would have been written off and I believe bad debt gets wiped from any credit report in 6-7 years.
