Dependents

Hello, I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my spouse. (family in class application)

I currently have five Canadian children from previous relationship who reside with me in Canada.

I have seen where the guide stresses to declare all dependents (no exceptions allowed) !!!

Common sense tells me that as my children are already citizens here that this does not apply to them.

Am I correct in my assumption.

The only form I listed my Canadian born children on was IMM5532e Question 3. My husband daughter was listed on form IMM0008. You only list chis children here if they may require sponsoring now or in the future. if he has no children there then you list none.
