I am in the process of filling the form needed for sponsorship. my husband is divorce here in canada but still married in the phils. He have 2 kids living with there mother in the Phils. do we still need custody certificate even if the kids are not coming with him in canada? There is no custody battle that was filed when he apply for his divorce so we are not sure where to get the custody certificate in case we needed it.
