Dependents/ Spouse stay

Hello,

We are a family of 3. Me, my husband and our 2 year old, applying for the Federal Skilled Worker Programme 2014, with my husband as
the main applicant. Wanted to know if the spouse also has to fulfill the 2 years/736 days out of 5 years obligation to keep our PRC or is the rule only for the main applicant and the dependents can choose to stay behind in their homeland?

All have to stay 2 out 5 years to keep PR in Canada.

Agreed with the above. If only the main applicant fulfills the residency requirement then only the main applicant will get to keep PR status.
