dependent visa

hi,

i got the NOI from ontario. can anyone tell me how easy get the dependent visa. currently there are 2 profile created in pool . 1st with my husband where we have 397 crs and 2nd i have created single applicant because of which my point increased and i got 405. now i am thinking to get the dependent visa for my husband. how much maximum time it will take and is it easy to get dependent visa.

As far as I know you can't apply as a single if you are actually married because that will be a form of misrepresentation.

Ok I am married. Right now I am showing my husband is not coming to Canada with me. So tell me is it easy to get dependent visa or it takes times. consultant over here says it takes only a month to get a depends visa. What is your view.

Family reunification fast track CIC program for spouse immigration. It takes about 6 months.
I think, dependent visa for minor children only.
I am sure he is not minor.
