Dependent loosing his part time job

My application is currently at IP2 status. My husband, who is my dependent, quits his part-time job. I haven`t claimed any point towards this job. Only mentioned it in the dependent`s personal history.

Do I need to let cic know, or it is not a big deal.

He is not your dependent, that'd be a child. He is the secondary applicant.
