Me and my husband got PR last November and finished our landing. We came back to India and I delivered my baby in Aug . My husband moved to Canada last month in search of job.

Can my husband sponsor my kids PR without a job?
How long did it take for kids PR to arrive?
If he didn't have a job hire much proof of funds do we need to show
If PR takes time how to apply for TRP visa ?

Yes.

Expect around 6 months.

There is no minimum income requirement. You will need to show a plan of how you will support yourselves without welfare; you can show any savings, family assistance etc.

You need to apply for a TRV first. If the TRV is refused, you can apply for a TRP.
