Hi,
My husband is currently here in Canada and will be applying for PR soon. I am with him here and I am on visitor implied status. I submitted my extension application last month through paper because I had problems with the website.
Does my husband need to provide proof of my status with his application? I haven't received an acknowledgement letter yet from IRCC, so I don't have any proof that I've already applied for an extension except for the tracking that my documents were delivered to the IRCC office.
