I wanted to share my current situation and see if anyone has insights or similar experiences:
EE BC PNP healtha authority stream
AOR date of October 13, 2024. Here’s where things stand according to the tracker:
Principal Applicant (myself):

• Medical Exam: Completed
• Background Verification: Completed
• Biometric: Completed
• Eligibility: Completed

Spouse:
• Medical Exam: Completed
• Background Verification: Completed
• Biometric: Completed
• Eligibility: Not Started

It seems that everything on my side is done, but the tracker shows “Eligibility: Not Started” for my spouse.
Does anyone know why this might be the case or if it’s normal for the spouse’s eligibility to take longer? I’m wondering if this is common or if there’s something I should be concerned about. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, this is normal as per https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i.../cec-stuck-at-eligibility-not-started.847586/

Actually, some don't consider the tracker reliable when it gets stuck here and prefer to check GCMS notes (see for example https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...t-started-in-the-tracker.806463/post-10508575 )

hello. Thank you for your reply. Do you think this is a good sign? What is my next step?

Generally, it seems like there's not much to do aside from wait. Wait for them to contact you.

If you are really impatient then you could try ordering GCMS notes to see if that reveals anything..

Dependent's eligibility will never go to completed or in-progress in Tracker.
