I have a question if some one can help me. If some one have bachelors degree in dental (Bachelor of dental surgery) is it easier for him/her to get confirmed job offer from Ontario Canada to get through express entry?? Does job offer letter go through Human Resources office or just a simple job offer from some dental clinic will be enough??
Thanks in advance!!

A simple job offer letter will not count as a job offer for Express Entry.

The employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for it to count as a job offer under Express Entry. The LMIA process is quite expensive and long (4-6 months) for the employer. As a first step, the employer must advertise the job for at least a month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. There are additional requriements to be met as part of the LMIA application.
