Would like to know whats the changes for approval second time on workvisa? Here my story.
Lmia where approved Sep 2017.
Application for work permit Oct2017.
Application denied Feb 2018.
Reason.... not confident that i will return afterwards.
So the employer said we should write a letter stating thay we will be using the PR route after the workpermit... and that i was not interested in returning as i want to immigrate.
Whats changes that is will be approved and do i need to wait the whole waiting period of workpermit again?
