denied entry, order to leave territory

in the visa application they ask to give details if i have any denied entry, order to leave territory.
unfortunately i have both of them
i am studying in egypt
in the first time i went to egypt they was giving stay permits on any type of visa as long as you are a student and you must pay the fees to apply for the permit so i came with tourist visa and when i payed the fees and apply the permit they reject me and all students from my country because they change their laws and restrict the permit of study for student and free entry visa and they give me a stamp ordering me to leave the country
after that i back to my country and get a student visa and when i came again to egypt they denied my entry because the embassy havn't send my papers to egypt yet after nearly a month so i back to my country with leaving and entry stamp without stamp of entering any country
then a back to egypt after few days and i entered normally and get stay permit

so as a net
i have one denied entry and order to leave stamp

what should i say about them please?
