Demand letter for visitor visa

I want to hear opinions on filing a demand letter.
given: parents from Russia, visitor visa applied in June 2024. Per GCMS notes all passed except security which is in progress since Sept 2024.
Dad was conscripted for mandatory military service over 40 years ago.
Processing time is 1.5 months per IRCC website.
Any luck with me getting a lawyer to file a demand letter?
