I sent my paperwork in for the FBI record request. This is the information I am getting about my package:

Was your request delivered in the end?

I got this same message. However, I checked 2 days later and it was changed to "Delivered".

Apparently, it takes the FBI a few days to pick up the mail. Don't worry about it.

I received my police certificate exactly 5 weeks to the day I mailed it.
