delhi visa office some clarifications

hai friends,
i have a lots of doubts regarding immigration.i applied under pre june 26 rule and i got first file no from canadian embassy on 3o september 2olo.i submited full documents to delhi office on 23 november 2olo.besides this i got 2nd file no from delhi on 9 january 2oll.on that letter mentioned that i can contact visa office after 6 months of complete file sumission.so i can complete 6 months in may 23.now also online status is received by visa office.so after may 23 i can contact visa office or not?moreover i submitted only 2year work experience.coming june 2o i wil get 3year work experience.so i can update my work experience or not?my dear friends plz help me
