I don't know much about TEF, DELF, etc but my understanding is that DELF is only accepted as a backup to support your arguments when you write an explanation in the language proficiency section (as are any exams), not as a replacement for TEF itself (where one doesn't have to write an argument). I would suggest doing TEF.
