Have you contact the Alliance Francais , they administer the test and they are in Bangladesh.

Why don't you take A2 instead of A1? That's much better in case you want to stick to DELF exam. Though as PMM mentioned, contact Alliance Francaise to see if you can take TEF. That's the best decision.

Tef is recommended for French under FSW category. But in case if you have no tef option. then

For basic 2 points, you should have upto A2 certificate. You should be a basic user in french for 2 points. You will become a basic user only after A2.
