Delays of visitors visa while processing in sponsor ship application for spouse

Hello, I want some advice here please. We applied for a visitor visa on may 2024 for my husband (Iranian citizen) we are married more than one year and we did all the sponsorship process (we have the process number-medical exam done and biometrics done. So they told us the visitor visa inside a sponsorship application will be processed in 30 days. I am a citizen of Canada and I am born in Canada. We are both professional workers and gave out our proof of incomes and my husband has many proprieties and a big family and we show all this to the government. I am thinking to go to Türkiye (where I got married) in few months because we are stuck and no see together more than one year because IRCC took over more than 60 days to process even if we sent a email they say it’s still in process. What can we do ? We are not in the obligation to be in Canada because we have a good situation overseas, I just don’t understand why they let the applications pending and if there is any problem they just can reject it so I can move on and go there while the sponsorship is processing. Thanks
