Hi,

I am wondering about the delays to receive de final decision (permanent resident papers) after we sent the CSQ to the Paris office.
They receive the CSQ by post in Paris June 8th and receive the photos June 30th.
Since then, no news.
No email, nothing, but in our online space at CIC.gc.ca it is written that a decision have been made.
Should we be wondering?

Also, do you think the final decision and papers will come by post or by email? We always communicate by mail so far...

Thank you.

AE

do you know around what date your online status changed to Decision Made? assuming you are visa exempt, that generally means your approval paper was put in the mail around that date. you will not receive any notification about anything being mailed. it will just show up in your mailbox. How long it takes to get to you depends on where you are in relation to where it's being mailed from. if you haven't received anything after 4 weeks of your status being decision made, then you can call CIC and they may be able to put in inquiry in for you.

Thank you for the answer.
The first time I check it was end of July and it was already ''decision made''.
We live in Brussels, and the office we are dealing with is in Paris.
We will wait then…!
