Delayed Medical

I am wondering if I could submit the application without the medical?

I am wanting to apply now and then send medical next month directly to Manila.

Would this get denied in Canada because of no medical?

You should wait until after the medical before submitting, unless there is a very good reason and you explain why in writing. The only example I can think for delaying part of the medical is pregnancy where you can't have the chest xray). You run the risk they will return the application as incomplete otherwise, which would probably mean a longer delay than simply waiting before submitting it.
