Delayed Medical Review after IOM notified of submission to IRCC

I got an email from IOM stating that my medical exam has been successfully finalized and submitted to IRCC.

1. Do I also need to upload the attached health case details to IRCC from my end?
2. If submitted successfully by IOM, am I supposed to get any notification on my (IRCC) portal specifying the status?
3. 20 days after IOM notified me of the submission, I am yet to get any indication regarding the status of my medical result on the portal but just the Biometric which shows completed.
4. What should I do as it was an upfront medical examination done on the 27th of June?
5. IRCC sent a request that I go for the medical exam on the 5th of July.
6. IOM notified me of their submission on the 9th of July.
7. There may have been a recent experience similar to my case, how was it handled?

No you don’t have submit anything related to the medical yourself. It will take a while before you see that your medical has been passed. The IRCC medical staff reviews the medical results and assesses whether they need any further exams. This only typically happens if there are some irregularities in your test results or if you have declared that you have a serious health issue and in that case IRCC typically asks for a letter from their specialist outlining treatment history, current treatment, prognosis, etc.

I am concerned because the medical status reads "We have requested a medical exam. Check your messages below for details." This makes me to assume that IOM is yet to submit the result or there is a mixup at iRCC. I think it should indicate a status like "We are reviewing..." at least to show progression.

Am from Nigeria and did my medicals on the 12th of December 2023 which has been submitted by the IOM to the IRCC on the 25th of December 2023. But up on till now, my ircc account still indicates that my medical report hasn't been received. What could be the problem here?
