Please this question is related immigration lawyer not with whom, who give me answer from web site.

I am very stressed from sponsorship application.

I won sponsorship appeal in 2011 and immigration services sent me an email for submitting a updated form and documents of my family. Unfortunately I could not sent them on required time for unfortunate problems.

I am wondering that, if I send them after approximately one year, does it applicable or they send me letter for reply?

Is there any chance to get a immigration of my family in smooth way?

I am not an authority and I have no idea if this will work, but unless you send the documents you are definitely sunk. If you have not had any notice telling you that your application is finished, then immediately send all the required documents with a copy of their request letter. Provide a cover letter explaining reasons for delay and request that they kindly resume processing of the enclosed documents. Good Luck.
