Delay in Work visa stamp

Hi guys,

I applied online for my work visa on Nov 12, 2019; got the message for passport request on Nov 19, 2019; Passport was delivered and reached their office on Nov 25,2019; and since then there is no update.
I have my flight on Dec 7; am really scared for my flight if I will be unable to make it.
Can anyone please help me to know hoe much more time it will take?

How many days they took for visa stamp, i am also waiting from 14 days
