DELAY IN PR

Hello Everyone.
Myself Nitin Kumar from India. I had received my ITA to apply for PR visa in the month of February. The whole process was supposed to be summoned up in the month of September as stated by my agent and displayed on the govt website. But , till this date I have not received my visa. In between the month of October , the govt has asked my tax deduction documents to which i responded by writing a letter stating that my income was not eligible for the tax deduction slab in India. Kindly help me out , if this is usual delay ?

Were you paid in cash ?

Did you attach bank statement and salary slips ?

If you explain something ,try giving proof for that too ( for taxes,Indian tax slabs webpage copy and your salary )

Well better confirm by calling agent.Its a wait game now,no one can expedite the process.
