Delay in getting my baby documents due to COVID and therefore could not proceed with next step in submission

Hi, I got my ITA and i recently delivered my baby. I could not get my Passport/medicals for my baby due to COVID.
While trying to update in the PR child form (under the ID documents/summary section) as I dont have any of the ID proof, it says ( In progress). Until this is complete it is not letting me to move to the next process of uploading the documents section.

Not sure, how to fix this issue, as I want to proceed with next steps to upload documents, LOE and other stuffs and get it submitted.
