Delay in Gcms notes

Hello friends my lawyer applied Gcms notes on Dec 16 we didn't receive yet is that rightCIC delaying to release information to the lawyer? Notes was due on Jan 17 its 27 today anyone has same experience

I've seen this happen before. Let your lawyer send email to ATIP with the confirmation number to find out what's going on.

1. They have 30 days, doubt if they worked through Xmas and New Years, and also they can extend for an additional 30. So it takes 37 days, what are going to do? Sue?

I also did not receive notes, applied on Dec 17, 2013.

Just mail them with Confirmation number and you will get a response with in 3 to 5 days..

30 BUSINESS days are required to process GCMS. And even that is not a mandate per se, it might take longer at their discretion.

However, many of us received them after exactly 30 CALENDAR days.

I applied on Apr 10th too just got them yesterday
