Delay in Coop work permit application

Dear all friends,

Have any one of you guys applied the coop work permit around June 8th and seeing any updates? I applied on June 8th, according to the estimated time, which is 103 days shown on the cic website, I should be receiving it few days ago. However, I haven't seen any update yet or received it by mail. I'm just wondering if anyone applied around the same time and having the same issue?

Today I still haven't seen any update on online application. It's been 109 days and this is driving me nuts...
Please share any info if you were in similar situation, thank you!
